I got a couple of questions.
What could ya get, ETs-mph, out of a 2800lb ladder bar car with a glide, a 410-434ci 23deg headed sbc, w/F2, on alchohol? (all things being equal).
What about same car with a tall deck, canted valve, 400+ci sbc, F2 on alchol?

Ya see where I'm goin with this?
Opinions?

Can't see why it wouldn't go low 7's in the 1/4 with the 23deg combo.

With the 23 degree stuff and an F2 you can make 1400 to 1500 hp depending on how hard you want to push the engine with the correct engine combination . So with that horsepower and correct converter and working chassis you should have the ability to run 7 teens at about 186 mph at your weight .
