I bought a set of TFS 235's and the exhaust valves are inconel. Is the weight difference an issue? They are going on a 402 being built for mostly the street. Plan to turn it to around 6800.

You don't have enough cam nor are you turning it enough to be concerned about the valve weight to a fault. Run them as they are.............you'll be fine.
