Hey guys I have a SBF twin turbo and seems to have an inconsistent ticking coming out of the driver side exhaust. The number 6 plug was oil fouled. Checked lash and changed plug and still seems to make ticking noise. You can only hear if you are next or behind exhaust. Up front engine sounds normal. compression test was fine. Let me know if you hear it and any suggestions. Thanks Jason.

A leak on the exhaust tube? Also is it a single turbo or dual? Maybe a bearing going south on the turbo on that side?

Thanks 2 turbos possibly but not sure if the fouled plug has anything to do with the noise. Something for sure in that cylinder

Valve seal failure/dislocation? Broken spring tearing the VS apart?

Sounds like a very weak cyl. IR temp reading of exhaust or dynamic compression test will likely confirm 6 is down. Pull valve cover to inspect. Problem appear after a hard pull or run?

Just at idle everything looks to be good under valve cover
