How can I record video on phone and record what I'm videoing on another device. Won't be able to get video off phone afterword because phone will be destroyed.

you can't wait to destroy the phone until after plugging it into a laptop? my iPhone transfers a lll my photos and video as soon as i plug it in

No need to plug it the phone. Dropbox app. backs up all my photos and vids to the PC once it see the home router.
