I have been debating this for a while and just decided to pony up the money for EFI and get it over with.

Both work. It is your choice.

I would have to say efi, cost a good bit more but I would say its worth it in the long run.

For a gas application there would be no reson to run anything other than a blow thru carb. For alcohol I would favor running EFI due to the shear volume of fuel to control.

I was leaning towards EFI with a data logger for safer tuning. Am I wrong in thinking that efi would be more efficient & more tunable?

Yea, your wrong with gas.

It's interesting, on another board there's a number of gas ProChargered or Turbo'd cars that were running EFI and there now switching back to carbs.
