Would they be a good choice for a 750 or so horsepower 540? Too big, too little? What's your take?

Call Curtis Boggs at RFD. He's the man with the edelbrock heads. He's got some pretty potent programs for them.

we have a set of the RFD Victor Pro's from Curtis and they made 900hp N/A on our 540" engine set up for boost, so lower compression and boost style cam.

My "Dr. J's Performance" Edelbrock RPM Oval ports just made 760 hp on my 11 to 1 pump gas 496 at only 7000 rpm. A very cost effective option for anyone ( like me) who might have an old pair of these heads available for his CNC program. They flowed 391 CFM when all was said and done.

Thanks for the feedback guys! Jesse, 900 hp set up for boost is amazing!! What weight did you run your 4.74 at? Found what I thought was a great deal on the ready to go victors #77409's so I jumped on them. Wonder if it's Curtis can work his magic on them or if he requires a different casting for his ports? I'll shoot him a message.
