Not recomended. Run race gas and be happy. You'd have to run a very fat tuneup to start with due to the oxygenation of the E85. I'd vote no especially with the variances in blends.
E85 & Nitrous
I was wondering if you can use E85 with nitrous. I have a 12 to 1 555 BBC that I want to convert to E85 but I wasn't sure if it's it's ok to do or not. Also, will the octane level of E85 support a 12 to 1 engine with a 300 shot? Thanks

I do not honestly belive E85 will be a happy fuel with nitrous.
