Depends on the type of dyno used (loading or inertia(sp) dyno)

Typically they will be leaner on the track than the dyno due to more load at the track

Also depends on the car (EFI, Carb, power adder??) If EFI depends weather a stand alone or stock

Just what I've seen hope this helps

I don't know if this is typical, but I had to lean the carb 4 to 6 sizes all around once off the dyno to get back to the same exhaust temp at the track.

The biggest issue will be in scoop pressure at the vents and bleeds if you are running a carb. If the hood or scoop is too close to the vents or there is too much turbulence around the inlet it will cause issues, usually on the lean side with a carb.
