What are you guys using for a dummy shaft to fit a 101a(18 spline/1.170)to a Chevy engine(.590 spigot)with twin plate clutch?

I have mine dummied up at the moment without a spigot bush in place.

In the interim i might get one made, maybe 2 if the price is right :)..........which I doubt as Australian Labor rates are so high :(

Ok, so does it need to be anything special? Just a 1 3/16" 18 tooth Chrysler spline with .590 pilot? Can you use a used input shaft? I have a damaged Nash/chevy one, the snout is currently broke off. I've been thinking of just basically tacking the snout on for use as a dummy shaft.

Turn down a Chrysler one. The pilot size is bigger so it can be used.
