Guys I had a local driveshaft shop make me a driveshaft and long story short this is my 2nd issue and I have only driven it once with it.

Off the bat it had vibrations at low speeds and then on deceleration it felt like the car was about to be shook to death.

My stock GM drive shaft went right back in and took it for another drive and all the issues where gone.


Now this sounds stupid on my behalf but is there anything on my end I could have possibly screwed up before I take this drive shaft back. Nothing changed besides the drive shaft., the pinion angle and transmission position stayed the same.


could the new driveshaft which is bigger and different spicer HD u joints affect the working angles that where desirable for the stock size or am I dealing with a phasing issue. and just take it back
