I am looking at the rear upper control arm crossmember on my 65 Skylark. It looks like there is room to drill some lower holes for the upper control arm bolts to give the car some more anti-squat. How much lower would the upper mounting point have to be to make a notable difference?

IDK, but my friends 66 chevelle has 2 sets of holes from the factory. Maybe a plotting program will help you figure it out

Which one is easiest to use? Are there any that have the dimensions for a 64-67 GM A-Body already in there?

Some of the HiPo A bodies had a cam like fitting in the upper arm on the diff that would raise the rear uppers. Could try lowering the front mounting spot 1-1.5 inches. Look at UMI Rear Upper Front mount for the 64-67 A body for an Idea.
