Parts list:

12 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
12 Slices Smoked Tavern Ham
12 Slices Aged Swiss Cheese
Garlic Powder
Dijon Mustard
12 Bamboo Skewers(pre-soaked in water for approx. 1 hour)
Wax Paper
Clean Flat-Top Aluminum Piston

Thoroughly wash chicken breast in cold water, pat dry and remove any excess fat. Place individual breast between the folds of a large piece of wax paper and proceed to flatten chicken breast with piston until approximately 1/2 to 1/3 its original thickness.
Gently season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place a slice of Smoked Tavern Ham on breast followed by a slice of Swiss Cheese. Roll up combination and weave skewer through to hold together. Place on hot grill and slightly brown all sides then turning heat down or setting to the cool side of charcoal grill. Cook 10-15 minutes and then brush lightly with Dijon and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes more or until internal temp is 160 F. Remove from grill, let sit for 3-5 minutes and then remove skewers and serve with your favorite side (German Lager Potatoe Salad goes well)
