They might have sent you the wrong box of parts. Some salvage yards just box parts and label them what bike and parts inside. Then when they sell it they forget to check which parts are inside the box. Hope they make it right. If not fine complaint with Ebay and Paypal. Good luck.

My bad. Full refund, and let me keep the damaged stuff. It's getting plated, so the peg is the only part not being used. I had a long talk with them about the situation. The idiot who does the ads, uses file photos due to being lazy. That is supposed to be remedied. The people on the phone who worked there, seemed very helpful.
