David where did you get the ticket?? You might be able to go in front of the judge and see if you will put you on advisement, but I think big bro is right you are on probation till you are 18. Don't feel bad we were all young once. What can i say but slow the puck down.

Yea it's no joke gettin popped on probation, Have to agree with Monte, you may be taking the shoe leather express. My brother in law got popped on probation in Mich lost his lic untill he was 18 and he was 16 when he was popped :shock: I have to say his situation was a little more extreme than yours. This is a true story. I got caught going 114 in a 40, when the cop pulled me over he asked if I was in a hurry. I said yes I got the shits and was goin home so I didn't shit myself. I told him to either write the ticket or let me go I had to shit. He said slow down and let me go! :smt038

I was with a friend of mine and we got stopped on the PA Turnpike for 80 in a 55 (few years back) Cop says whats the rush???.....My friend says my father died.....the Cop says go ahead be careful......I said to my friend why'd you say that.......he said "its true".....just the cop didn't ask "When did his father die"......about 12 years before we were pulled over :roll:

Michigan's fine govenor bitch just passed a new law last year called the driver responsibility act. I forgot if it is after one or two tickets you get a driver responsibility fee. One year to the date of your ticket you pay $1000. I was told this goes on for three years but not sure. I do know of other people that have had to pay this. One person had to pay $1500.
