Former Rep. Darrell Issa and conservative group Judicial Watch are challenging California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s executive order for an all mail-in ballot election.

Judicial Watch filed the suit in a Sacramento district court Thursday on behalf of Issa to block Newsom’s order, which would send absentee ballots to all registered voters, Politico reported. Issa is running for former Rep. Duncan Hunter’s seat in the wake of his resignation.

California is the first state this year to move to an all vote-by-mail election because of the coronavirus. While Democrats lauded the executive order, Republicans have raised concerns over voter fraud.

First Michigan, now California..........see a trend here? DNC is controlling the process, as usual. They have to keep blue states blue at any cost.

Judicial Watch is from Washington DC and doesn’t have any Holding in CA in this case.
So what, they are representing!!

Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit on behalf of Issa and a group of voters in Sacramento district court on Thursday to stop Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom's recent statewide mandate that would send absentee ballots to all registered voters. Also named in the lawsuit is California Secretary of State Alex Padilla. The story was first reported by Politico and Court House News.

I love how the left always says there is no voter fraud all the time lol. Like its some right wing conspiracy or lies. There have been so many times they have been caught. The right needs to wake up and start massive voter fraud campaigns to equal things out. No more high horse bs.

Don't tell the mainstream media, but another case of "nonexistent" voter fraud managed to squeak a few times this week before "objective" journalists quickly jumped on top of the story and smothered it.... an election judge admitted to "literally standing in a voting booth and voting over and over, as fast as he could, while he thought the coast was clear."

In a test run of their planned robbery, missing South Carolina mail-in ballots printed in Minnesota somehow ended up in Baltimore this week....

Republican legislatures should change the rules of the game entirely by giving each one of their counties a single vote. ..... Maine and Nebraska already allocate their electoral college delegates by county popular vote.

So what you are saying is, JW brought some high priced attorneys from Washington to help Issa suppress a CA population from voting. JW is just a PR firm supported by rich republicans. The real voter fraud here is rich Washington republican politicians and Issa, the richest politician from CA, suppressing the vote of CA citizens that may not be able to get to the polls on Election Day.

Gee, seems that the top republican politician in Washington, is the biggest opponent to voting by mail. Just so happens, Issa is running to be a trump lap puppy.

Was this to only election judge in the building? Voting by mail had noting to do with this one case. The pandemic had nothing to do with this one case.

SAYING CA has a right to send out mail in ballot applications is not FLIP FLOPPING.

And I have the right to point out the president’s opinions are LIES. The states don’t pay for my opinion.
