I have a two valve 5.4 lightning. lightnings have a innercooler under the blower. i am making more room under the blower and need to make a bigger more efficent innercooler. where do i go?

i dont know what your I/C looks like but you could buy a core from kenny Bell or others and have a custom body made to suit your application.the fabbing would cost.my intercooler was 1800$ the core is 3.5" thickX4"WX8"L and can cool 12/1400HP to ambient temps or less with icewater in it.how about some info on your core design/size ,water used[engine,tap,icewater]...pics would be good.
how much HP do you want to cool?
