Since most of us keep the generator running at the track for most of the day, might as well cook.

Crock Pot Chicken

6 large potatoes, quartered
1 small bag of baby carrots
1 sweet onion chopped
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts and thighs
2 cans (pick any combo: cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, cream of celery) soup
1 can milk (use can from soup)
1 can water ( like above)

Put vegies in bottom of large crock pot. Layer chicken pieces on top of vegies. Mix soup, milk and water. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
