Haha. Taking supplement while working out. Supplements with stimulants like preworkouts, Niitric Oxide and the list can go on. You're only suppose to take them for so long. 3 weeks on- 1 week off. Depends on your body tho. If you just keep taking the prework out with out a break it becomes pointless as your body builds up a tolerance and there fore the supplement becomes useless. Different strokes different folks, depends on the person.
