I have noticed that I dont believe I have adequate crankcase evac. I have dual -10 fittings into a single breather. On each valve cover I have a single -10 fitting.

I believe this is the reason why I am pushing a small amound of oil past the valve cover bolt grommets.

On a turbo setup without a vacuum pump currently what is the best way to get a proper evac system.

Also not entirely sure my catch can setup is all that bad, my main reason for thinking so is that the grommets for the centerbolt valve covers leak a bit but nothing else leaks on the engine.

I almost wonder if the gmpp chevrolet cast alum valve covers are the source and they are powdercoated...

best pic i have to illustrate the setup

i have a setup like you but where your breather is i have a -12 going to the exh throught a evac check valve like they run in headers. seems to work well and from time to time i have some oil residue in the catch can.
