When you start to run the bigger superchargers, its always a good idea to use studs. The studs take some of the stress off of the threads. On the big blowers like the F2 its highly recommended to use more than the 4 stock bolts to hole the crank pulley to the motor. I have seen 4 bolts be adequate with a crank support, but without the support the combination of the side loading on the pulley with the big drive pressure is a recipe for broken bolts or stripped threads.
