Anyone use a cool vest. I am looking at RPCM. Are they worth the money? How thick are they with the packs in them?

Worth every nickle. Especially if that is really your car and you're stuck in a -20??

Definitely worth it. I don't particularly care for the bulkiness of the ice packs so I let them sit out for awhile until they're almost a slushy consistency. Still keeps me completely cool without the bulk.

Thats not my car. It was a cool picture to choose for an avitar. I am much slower with a -5 suit. I still get hot sitting in the lanes.

Great idea..I can't stand sweating my ass off in staging. This year I will be in a -20 so I will be even hotter. I Goggled "cool vest" and found Texas Cool Vest. They have a light vest that looks like it would perfect.

Hey guys I live in Houston Texas about 25 miles from the store on the link. I will call them this coming week and see if they have a store front to go look at these vests. I only do video but i do it in the south and it is hot being track side to for 10 hours or more, I could use one also my body is getting older and anything would help in the humid air down hear.
