If that machine shop can't figure out what bushing they need, time to find a new shop... JMO

^^^This. I've never had to tell a machine shop what bushings to use....The biggest thing is they wanted the NEW pins that I'd be running so they could properly hone them to size....

Make sure who ever replaces the bushings they use a Sunnen bushing expander to do the job right. Just don't press them in. If you can't find anyone let me know I have the correct tooling to do the job.

As Carl has pointed out, it is important to use a bushing expander to insure that the OD of the bushing is correctly mated to the ID of the rod bore. Then correctly honed to size. Whoever does this work for you will want one of the piston pins that you plan to use so that pins can be fitted correctly.
