There were alot of ProStock cars today also...Ricky Smith was with Dick Maskin there I saw a 6.70 and small change at 204mph out of shape a little, and Mike Edwards with the new GTO!!!.....Damn!! I have a real shit box compared to them cars, they are so detailed it's crazy!, Speiss was there in the IHRA Colbolt, Rick Jones, and a few others

Right now we weigh 2985 across the scales....it's been a chore just to not go on the roof as it is, with removing about 100 lbs only and getting it to work is a task, we can weigh lighter, for NPS, but to get the weight out is no big deal I guess we could un-bolt like 55 lbs. more and still be legal, but to up set the balance on the car now isn't what I think I need to do right now....I'm still working with these electric shocks still, we just got them back from Rodger Lamb...(Lamb Components) the other day and ...man!... that guy is the shit! the car went from bouncing off the ground to a 7.70 on the first hit, but in an answer to your question.... we would have to add like 250 lbs. and I just don't know if it would work....that will require ALOT of testing....but we might!

Okay, it's getting late, today we whipped "Sinatra" out of the engine compartment, to check things over, took off the oil pan to check bearings and they're like new, leaked it down and they all leak 8-12% (cold), pulled a few valve springs off to check seat pressure.... they're down about 100 lbs, so it won't be long for some new ones from LSM, found a few rocker bearings that need a little touching up, all in all not too bad compared to previous seasons, although we only have about 10 hits on this thing....now it's off to Harrah's Casino for a little Blackjack.... Monty..shhhhh! don't tell Marie :-D
