What compression ratio on 363 sbf dart block, AFR 225 heads, 20 lb boost procharger f1r, c16 fuel

Also what,s optimum piston to head (quench distance) with steel rods at this boost level?

People are sneaking up on compression all the time nowadays. It depends on if it's fuel injected or carburated though. Fuel injection's more precise fuel control, can tolerate more compression. I was at 8.87 to 1, but my new pistons are going to put me about 10.5 to 1. I believe most people say about .037 piston to head with steel rods min.

I would hold the line at 9/1. Don't back yourself into a corner. Your not making power when your detonating.

Depends on how hard you want to lean on it. If its a heads up class deal you may get away with 10:1 or 11:1 but it won't be as tolerant.
