It seems every GM truck I have ever owned or driven blows cold air towards the floor, even if all the controls are turned off. Is it just me?

If the temp control is turned to cold yes, on all the ones I have owned if you leave the temp control on hot it will burn your feet off. Even with the fan turned off.

It's to allow air over the evaporator and heater core to dry them out and prevent mold growth. Just set the temp control to something comfortable feeling and live with it.

I have a 2000, we went on a long trip, i let my wife drive, and DAMN the passenger side doe have a air leak. It was on recirculate to. I talked with my brother-in-law that has the same year burb, he has the same problem.
I think it comes in "around" where the blower motor seals, I have yet to pull it apart. I think I will just drive from now and on!:p
