Got an 05 Chevy Equinox that has no A/C. Got fresh oil on the bottom of the compressor.

Did they have compressor leaking problems?? Looked for TSB and didn't see anything...

never knew of any problems.. few years ago it got really cold out and blew a plug out on the compressor on my sunfire there was the green oil/die all over the ground.

I've only had 1 with a bad comp. You should take the THX valve off to be sure it's clean if you have a comp. failure.
