Just curious what some of you have used for carb size on say 500-540 BBC's on the spray? I have a 1050 pn8896 dominator that Patrick worked over last winter for me and have been wondering if I should move up to a bit bigger carb. This one seems to be working pretty good, just wondering if a 1150 or bigger would be worth anything? Turning the motor 7500 - 7700 at the shift points. Is there anyway to tell short of just trying one?

We tried a 9375 (1050 3 circuit) this past weekend and it was amazing how much it picked up our car over a 950HP. Ours is a sbc with 388", but it loved the 1050 sitting on a three inch spacer big Victor intake. I bet your big block would like more air with it's fuel.
