i have a complete aeromotive a1000 fuel system running at 43 psi base pressure with their vac/boost regulator. i run a 355 chevy with a procharger d1sc and 11 psi boost with a 262/[email protected] roller cam 645/660 lift. the car runs fine when it starts up its fine, its like as soon as the car is fully warmed up it will run rough like no spark and then it will die. i have a hell of a time to get it restarted and it will run again damn near perfect. its been doing that the last 2 times i took it out and its annoying. i am running a fast xfi system with their dual sync distributor and a MSD digital 6 box hvc2 coil and MSD wires.

I just had the same problem when I went to the digital 7 msd. The wires from the msd was to close to the xfi wires.It would run great for a few minutes then would quit or run rough. rerouted all the msd wires away from xfi and no more problems. I hope this helps.

i will need to try that. is there anything that i can wrap the wires in so taht it shields the electro waves etc?

Route the wires for msd at 90* angles with xfi and as far apart as possible. On mine 3" was enough to fix.
