Got my intake back home today after having it in the machine shop pokie....

They drilled the holes wrong.... Supposed to be for a regular soft plume nozzle and he drilled it for the annular style... Whats the best way to fix it???



Here are some pics....
















As you can see, the tip of the nozzle isnt even into the intake far enough....


And no, I dont really want to switch nozzle styles....

weld them up and re drill them :)

Anyone got Mike Dukes #???? I need to get the intake ported anyways... might as well kill 2 birds with one stone

weld them up & have the holes moved to the outer edge of the runner. that is where the air flows the best. at least that is what i have been told by a few nitrous engine builders.

if I had my own welder, I would do them myself... but I dont...


What pisses me off about the whole deal more than anything is the fact the guy did my tunnel ram the first time and KNEW what nozzles I had...

You could tap them and put sealer and small AN plugs in them. When they port it they can just smooth the plugs ends down.
