Super vic intake
12.5:1 compression ( I want to raise that a little)
Also have T&D's to go on it at the same time.

I have gone a best of [email protected] in a 2700lb door car. The cam that is in it should be in a truck. after lash barely over .700 lift so I am looking for some recomendations.

What ratio are the shafts? 1.7? What are the springs?

Well that makes it a hell of a lot easier, no springs to work around.

How much gear, tire and converter? You have data on the heads? Is the intake manifold worked over?

You are around 740hp now, that combination of parts can easily go over 800hp just depends on the amount of work...

4.30, ati coverter, 32x15 hoosier.
Manifold will get worked over by me when it comes off. I don't have flow numbers on the heads but it isn't my first rodeo and they look like a set of 365's now! I am trying to pull an extra 100hp out of it and keep it reliable. it is a bracket car.

It doesn't have a cam big enough right now, it signs off at 6900rpms I would like to keep it under 8k probly shifting around 7800if it will pull that far.

Flow numbers are not going to happen.... sorry but its just not that important to me for a bracket motor. Somone has to have something similar they used back in the day.

Fully Ported:

I've seen heads fully ported same type vary 15% in I/E ratio. What does that mean, duration .050" would vary 15 degrees.

That is almost identical to what I have now in a comp cam. Maybe I am wrong but I was thinking something in.780 -.800 lift with [email protected] .050 on a 110 would make a fair bit more power with 13.5:1 .... that is why I asked the queston.

BTW the cam you post works well, 1.25 sixty foots and carries the tires nicely. Just always looking for a little more power.

Yeah I was thinking that little cam is probably close to what you have now.... a 6000 stall is hungry for duration!
