I have seen it in a thread but can not find it now. I am 700 miles from my car right now and my wants to give the sizes I need. I plan on cutting them and welding the open end at 90* to make adjustment on the ground possible. Is 90* a good angle or would another be better?

I actually bought a cheap set of wrenches from harbor freight to adjust mine. Can;t remeber the sizes, but the set of wrenches are like 12 or 15 bux and you get like seven sizes or so. They have one end at the angle and one end straight. Cut it in half and you have 2 wrenches, a straight to hold with and an angled to turn with.

Worked out nice for me.

Guys,

Everything is 1 1/8.
Lock nuts, jamb nuts, and flats on the bars.

Best bet is to by a cheap combination wrench from TSC or Harbor and cut it in half.
Then cut out 3 teeth from the box end side.
Now you have the perfect Cal-Tracs adjusting tools.

Just leave them somewhere in the car.
