i have a ptc built c-4 that has performed flawlessly for about 3 years

well the other week the factory oem bell housing cracked in the starter mounting area

i bought a quick time bell housing and when installing it a few of the front pump bolts stripped out

so i pulled the pump out to heli coil the case

put a new gasket on reinstalled the pump and made sure the washer thing was in the back of the pump in the holes so it fit flush


i noticed another washer has dropped it appears to be a thrust washer back past the end of where the input shaft goes
i am sure this is clear as mud

That's the one . It must be stuck in place as you assemble with assembly Lube or Vaseline
