Looking at building a 40 by 60 with living space nothing over the top. What is the estimated cost for the pad, land, electricity, water, materials and cost of having it built.

Where is the land? My FIL had a 30x50 built 2 years ago, built from 4x4 square tubing. Was 5000 for the cement work, 15,000 for material and labor on the shop. No electrical, insulation, or plumbing.

at least 50 x 100 the first time...

7 years ago I had a 40x60 red iron built.
Concrete pad, shop kit, labor = $35,000
I done the elec, plumbing, and septic.
