So I was telling my buddy about PTC torque converters for his drag jeep over the phone, but he heard BTE and ordered one. Anyone know if they are any good?

BTE has good products. Bill Taylor who started TCI opened up Bill Taylor Engineering. He should be happy with it.

He told me he cancelled the order and went with PTC.

PTC only has a 30 day warranty.
Make sure it works in 30 days.

No worries there, he is pretty jacked up about going fast. I bet that converter is in in 30 hours. LOL

Well, the PTC torque converter was a success. He picked up .17 in the 60', .29 in the 1/8th and was a full 1 MPH faster. He was pretty excited when he came back to the pits grinning ear to ear. LOL
