Bruno mods vs lencodrive

They all seem to work. Im all done working on Bruno's , sorry. The Lencodrives have come a long way. Apparently Grant Mcreary and David Wolf have some repair for Bruno's, if you need a contact number I wil look it up for you.

you helped get my bruno working sweet but we've outgrown the small input so here we go again...Do you have a contact for Grant. I've dealt with Wolfe before and it didn't go well.

First thing is , you'll have to send it to Bruno for the big shaft upgrade. He will not sell the parts to anyone. Second , you will have to get another converter for the big shaft then I would just try it. Some work not too bad. I am done fixing these things , it seems that I own them after I touch them. I don't want to adopt a bunch of responsibility for someone else's stuff just to make a living. I hope you understand.

ive just got mine back from the big shaft [email protected] and i dont know anything about them

LOL...... I'm just glad i got mine done before you made that decision..
If it doesn't work i can always sue you. Remember where there's blame there's always a claim..:-D

Lencodrives are easy to work on if need be , not much to them . Get the big input , you will never break it .

oh yeah he's a really happy chappy, its like some took a dump in his weeties every day for the last 20 years.
then there is the fact he's so simple to deal with.

I talked to several blown promod guys that run stock brunos and cool them with a fan between rounds. I guess we'll give it a try.

if thats all it needs then thats easy

Newer brunos have the mods done from the factory. Bruno says Marty Chance is the only guy pushing the mods. Bruno will do it for free with freshen up.

Great news!!! I guess he bought a dyno and will have it all fixed up? Now when it doesn't go well you can call him and hopefully Mr. Niceguy can help with all the problems.

Thats odd cause wolf charges 600 and a few more for his upgrades...

BTW marty chance aint stupid, he has some very valid points on this subject

I know Marty pretty well,he steered me to the Bruno over the Lencodrive. He says it has more problems too.

I don't know what Wolfe does but I know he doesn't return phonecalls and i've had some issues with the one transaction we had before.

I don't know why it's so complicated to pump fluid in and out of a converter in a consistent manner. I have a blower car so i'm not worried about heat and brake holding issues.

Bruno's no clown either, i'm just about willing to bet 4400.00 his rig will haul ass out of the box.

A little more Bruno info I found out. The BRT has higher pressure which tends to work better with Chance converters than the lencodrive. If you call Marty he'll recommend the BRT.I bought 2 stock big shaft BRT's and i'm going to give coan a try.

always had better luck with neil chance or hughes convertors with the BRT. coan, well dont know many who use them with good luck....

Chance has an awesome product but I needed the big shaft setup and a Coan came with it.Just about all the screw blower guys run Coan but Marty has been making some waves lately.
