God no, the bottle is much bigger, and the volume of gas vs liquid inside the bottle is different, lets say in a ten pound bottle you have 9lbs of liquide nitrous, the rest is nitrous in a gases state, now this space that is in a gases state is what effects your bottle pressure as your using the liquid nitrous, the liquid nitrous is being taken out of the bottle the gases make up the lost of space, and its that space that gives you the bottle pressure, liquid can not be compressed so there is very little it can do to provide pressure.
Now the liquid can be turned into a gases state but as it does it turns cold and in return it lets off a cooling effect which makes you drop pressure.
So if you can have just enough to finish a run with a bit to spare is the best way to keep bottle pressure up though a run.
