I'm going to paint the truck . I want a deep black just a hint of red pearl .

This is the only pic I have of a black with a red pearl (it actually looks maroon) It has a gallon of black with two coats of over reduced red pearl, my buddy painted it.

Looks good . I'm looking for just a hint of red . Like you would have to be close to it to see it . It might even be hard to capture with a photo .

 

[dunnit]

mix a little dry pearl into the clear....not as bold as a tri coat deal...and it won't take much to get the effect.
