Donald were you going to look into EFI? I know we allowed it on the boosted application when they came through tech but what about the nitrous applications?

The only thing that is different is that either combo can run any legal plate(single, cross, diffuser) and lets all use common sense on the fuel injection for procharger and turbo. The fuel injection has always been allowed for the boosted applications and the nos have to have a carb. Thanks

I thought it was agreed last year, that EFI would also be allowed on the nitrous cars, as long as they stayed with a plate system for the nitrous. I know that was the decision, because at least two guys are switching over.

Yep, the rule was changed for both ORTC and ORSCA at the same time. I remember this, because I had to add it in the ORSCA rules when I updated them.

Last I updated them, they were an exact copy of what was on the YellowBullet.com site at the time. The crossbar plate for all is new for 2011.

I know Keith Berry changed his over to fuel injection right after this rule change, and had it on there at his last few races with the old motor.

The fuel injection was a given on the boosted applications, I was refering to the EFI on nitrous cars that I thought you had approved of previously.

No we have never allowed that in this class. Those cars will have to run x275 or outlaw 275.
