what the biggest turbo you can use or have seen used on a sbf 306 and has worked? would like to try a 4788 or somin similiar to that, tryin to avoid buying a whole new rotating assembly seeing that my current motor has all good internal and its fresh. i wanna run some 275 races in mt area for fun i know i wont be competitive

if its injected i would think it would work. im 331ci and a s480 1.32 and i get it to spool. could be better but im blow thru no way to lean it out. youll have to have a good launch tune in it but i will work

There is a way to lean it out....you just havent asked lol

the borg warner stuff is big but.it spools.

A GT4788 should work fine on 306 inches with the T4 .96 housing. A 92mm wheel isnt too big. Cam and converter will need to be right.to get it to do what you want it too.

would their a spool up difference from t4 to t6?

Yes there would be. You might try thr T6 .96 housing that they have ans see if you can make it work.
