I know when I had a Big Shot plate, the only thing close in NOS jetting was rated 350+ the jetting was .120N .116F.

I sent mine to have it flowed and Steve opened up the orifice in the nitrous solenoid. I can't remember off the top of my head, but I want to say for a 400 shot it was supposed to be like a .116N and .110F flowed around 5.5 to 5.75 p.s.i. of fuel pressure.

Like I said, don't quote me on that. Been quite a while since I ran a Big Shot. I'm sure someone will chime in with the right jetting if it's not right.

Need way more info for timing suggestions motor type, base timing, c/r, valve angle, type head, cam, etc.

On mine I pulled 14 from 34 base. Just to give you an idea of what some are doing. I started at 18 and worked my way back, by reading the plugs.

My un-touched factory bs plate basically maxed out at around a .112n pill. We went as high as a .117, but the gains beyond the .112 were very marginal. - I would imagine the noids were maxed.

I would not jet it square, that would likely be very rich. With a .110n @ 925psi bottle I started out with a .102f @ 5.5psi flowing and then cleaned it up from there.

Always was for me, I always started square and worked back on the fuel jet. Around 5.75 lbs flowing fuel pressure.

As in 82/82 or 91/91? and flow with the fuel jet to 5.75? And after tuning the fuel jet is smaller than nos.

The new Big Shot tune from NOS.. for 225hp is 82n/76f @6psi
the highest NOS shows is 300 on the new jetting 102n/95f @6psi
those are alot better than the old ones.

Those new jet numbers are alot better. Nitrous pres should be 900-950. Make sure you pull a couple degrees more of timing with the new tunes.

Just better tune-ups. The old numbers were very old tune-ups, back when many thought rich was "safe". Those new numbers do sound a lot closer.

From my research before running my plate, many people used to swap jets from the old reccomendations; meaning the .082n/.091f "225hp"tune and use it as .091n/.082 f.
