i see most people use c&s and csu, but has anybody used the relatively cheap bg blow throughs? are they complete garbage or what's the deal with them? i'm a newbie to the blow-thru stuff and am just wondering. thanks.

You might be better off with Hangar 18 DIY. Or spend your money with CSU or C&S. Money worth spending, If you start cutting corners now...

+999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999 for NOT using a BG.
I had nothing but trouble with mine, and the "tech" support is useless. I had to practically close off the air bleeds to get a decent signal at WOT with an annular discharge booster design "blow through specific" BG carb.
I threw on a diy modded 20 year old holley and the car ran much better.
Run from BG, and get a nice CSU and go on with your life.....
