I was dumb enough to buy a complete 470 street wedge . There customer service is the fucking worst I have ever seen. Here is a list of shit I had to fix on this turn key dynoed motor.
Pulled the 4 corner intake bolts to attach my engine lift set up. The intake bolt only went into the heads 3 threads, about 1/8 in In aluminum heads. My god damn dog knows better than that. Called josh, he says that ain't right I will send you the right ones. 2 weeks go buy....no bolts. So I go buy my own. Problem one solved.
I was very specific that this motor was going in a 1965 coronet make sure it has the right oil pan. No good - this is the only thing that went right- called josh and he sent the right one within a week. But I am still stuck with the labor.
I finally get the motor in the car and running and it won't idle worth shit. It took several tries just to talk to someone. Then the wiz kid owner Russ decided I had an intake leak and I should put new intake gaskets.... Really on a dynoed motor. Well new gaskets ... No help. Call again josh gets the tuner on the line, he says the idle circuit will not work on that cam(dumb ass Russ says bullshit) but this is his guy. So the tuner says I need to change metering rods, josh says I will send you a kit. 2 weeks, no kit.i buy a kit and change rods. No help. So I dig into the distributor, turns out they only put 1 spring in a centrifical advance set up and it was binding.
Every time I called Russ was very rude and challenge every thing that I wanted to get fixed. I would never buy anything from them again and I am telling ever one I know . They suck bad!!!!!
