Ive got a ls turbo car with truck manifolds, 98mm turbo, looks like im going to have to jump my fuel system from intank setup to belt driven.

A little research says i can use a bbc mandrel with my ATI pulley, but i need a pump that will do 2000~hp on e85 that i can tuck in close and down low where the ac is factory to clear manifolds. Im new to the belt driven stuff, anyone reccomend me a pump,bracket(if there is one) and regulator?

Im wanting to keep my stock tank in the back, if need be ill have a electric pump fill a smaller tank up front, and have it drawl from there.

You can mount the pump in the back and run a cable drive off the mandrel. I just ordered my cable and pump adapter from Waterman.

Im interested in doing a similar setup, but keeping the fuel and tank in the rear of the car. What would turn the cable running to the rear of the car? I understand the balancer having a mandrel, but there has to be a belt attached to what? that would inturn drive the cable?

Is there a draw back to keeping the fuel and tank in the rear of the car?
