2 lbs sirloin steak
Lipton onion soup packet
2 Uncle Bens original wild rice
Green pepper sliced optonal

Cut steak into 1 to 2 inch squares brown in mix if butter and oil not too much. When brown cover with water and dump onion soup in pan simmer with low to medium heat for 30 minutes add water if needed.About 5 min from end you put green pepper in if you like. this will make a thick gravy. Prepare Wild rice as per box. This dish deserves something green with it Green beans with bacon grilled asperagas may be some spinach or greens. feeds four This was a favorite at hunting camp You can replace steak with deer steak or even duck breast.

how many cup of water?
Frying pan or dutch oven?
Just enough water to keep it from burning, you want it to thicken at the end. you can cook it in what ever you want. The long slow cook time is just to tenderize the meat. It's hard to screw this one up.
