Got a 95 150 4500 pounds,408/afr 205/supervic/950hp carb with a NX plate kit 150jets now with C6 Manuel valve body running 30x13.50 et streets.Run all 1/8 mile stuff.Thinking about going 456 from my 410s.What is your opinion?

Will your heads support the extra rpm with 408 cubes and 150? Also the c6 IMO doesn't like rpm .
Maybe a glide, 4.30's and 200 ? :confused:

rpm and mph at the stripe are the 2 most important things i would worry about. What good are the lower gears if you hit the rev limiter 100 feet from the finish line.

I need to shift now real close to the finish line,it pulls great in 3rd gear so thinking with lower gears id be in 3 longer.
