Y'all ain't lived until you've had a big bowl of frijoles that I put together about once a month. Casserole brand beans, maple bacon and about 25 other ingredients go in and it's to die for. Some good hot homemade cornbread tops it off. One of the better Mexican restaurants in Fort Worth serves it - and after eating there for 10 years nearly every evening after we were finished with the Dallas auctions we gradually figured out what they were putting in it.
