one half gallon of vinegar
one bottle of cayenne pepper(don't know how many ounces but normal spice bottle size)
one lemon
2 TB spoons of salt

mix together in vinegar bottle and let sit for a week or so before using.
shake well and transfer to a small squeeze bottle.
you can add more or less salt to your taste.
when you use it if you don't shake it its pretty mild, a little it gets hotter, allot it gets pretty damn hot.
great on BBQ pork or chicken, i use it after cooking with your favorite BBQ sauce and just soak the meat with it while your eating.
it gets damn addictive.
i stole the recipe from a bottle of bishops hog house, my version is not nearly as salty
