1 5-6 POUND PORK SHOULDER
4-5 MED ONION
GARLIC
SALT AND PEPPER
BBQ SAUCE

SALT AND PEPPER PORK
SMOKE ON GRILL FOR ABOUT A HOUR
PULL OFF GRILL AND SIT ON A LARGE PEICE OF ALUMINUM FOIL
ADD ONION GARLIC,AND SOME BBQ SAUCE
WRAP IN FOIL AND REWRAP IN AT LEAST 5 LAYERS VERY TIGHT
GRILL OFF THE HEAT FOR 4 OR 5 HOURS

YOU CANT OVER COOK THIS BECAUSE YOU ARE BOILING IT IN ITS JUICES
KEEP YOUR GRILL TEMP ABOUT 250 TO 300
PULL OFF GRILL AND UNWRAP PUT IN GRILL BASKET AND PUT OVER COALS TO BROWN AND TO ADD MORE SAUCE .

I ALSO FOUND INSTEAD OF BBQ SAUCE USE BUFFALO WING SAUCE. (FRANKS RED HOT WITH MELTED BUTTER)
I TRIED THIS ONCE AND EVERYBODY LOVED IT.
