just wondering how much hp a stock 460 block can handle, my combo makes around 750 on motor now its a 557 at 14 to1 comp and i want to spray it not sure how much it can handle i dont have alot of exp with bbf always ran sbf dart block thanks

If it's a 4 bolt block and filled i wouldn't be afraid to spray it.If it's a 2 bolt block without being filled i would not spay it IMO.

I have a 532 BBF stock block DOVE with a girdle been spraying 250-350 for over a year No problems motor dynoed 767hp just on motor. These blocks are strong have not split one yet.
