10.2 deck 4.350 bore, 4.250 stroke, .052 gaskets, 6.535 aluminum rods, dart pro 1 325 , 2.300 in, 1.88 ex. srp 139834 43cc dome pistons (12.5/12.7 comp? with 121cc chambers). Solid roller valve lift of .708" Advertised duration is 300 degrees intake, 310 degrees exhaust at .0195" tappet lift. The duration at .050" tappet lift is 262 degrees intake, 272 degrees exhaust. Cam timing at .050" is: intake opens 24 degrees BTDC, intake closes 58 degrees ABDC, exhaust opens 69 degrees BBDC, exhaust closes 23 degrees ATDC. At 7500 rpm (you didn't give your peak rpm) and 100% VE, PipeMax kicked out an average hp/tq of 796.4/670.0. Required intake flow @28 is 327 to 347/250 to 268. Recommended cam lift to prevent choke is .830/.743, and the recommended average recommended carb size is 1196 cfm. Don't shoot the messenger.

Thanks for the replies!! was expecting around 850 but glad to see the heads are spot on.
Warp speed that's an expensive program to use once and my ancient computer would fry trying to run it.

That cam seems awful small to get the 505"er to 7500 rpm peak HP.
I would think low 280 degrees @ 0.050" and .800" lift to get there.

This thing was originally built for a blown tractor pulling application...I am alright with 750-800ish na from it.
maybe see some boost some day? but after the recommendations here I found a crower cam that fits the specs part# 01525.

I would contact Jones cams, Straub, or a reputable BBC builder for camshaft help.
Depends what rpm you want to turn it.
800 hp will probably need 6800 rpm.
Cam for the rpm and HP goals you have.
Asking catalog cam companies for recommendations is not always best.
